Milind’s Home Stay in Dandeli is a recently started place suitable for groups of people who are out there for a breath of fresh air or a shot of adrenalin. Milind stays at a stone’s throw and takes personal care of every group with full assistance of all his family members – this is a home stay in real! He will arrange for you to be picked up from a nearby town where you may arrive by air/rail/road and get you over to Dandeli in the best possible shape! Must say this because the roads are not meant for fragile urban dolls – not his fault though!! Then he will take care of your stay and food, which in fact is what the home stay is all about! I am saying this because Milind effortlessly slips into several roles to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. He will fix up a vehicle suitable for your group size and act as your guide, taking you to every interesting place around, depending on the time at your disposal. As he will tell you if he opens up at a personal level, he has had many years of interesting experiences in many different fields which has made him a pleasant & presentable person. Our group’s verdict: Dandeli = Milind!!

I visited Dandeli through a website http://www.dandeli.blogspot.com which helped me take couple of desisions before i landed there. It was easier for me to locate a homestay at Dandeli.
Dandeli is a nice and a beautigul place i should say, althought it needs to be developed a lot.I could stay at a homestay Dandeli Jungle Inn which is managed by 2 people Manju and Murli both a soft spoken lads.
Our stay there was pampered, they took good care of all the needs we kept forth right from the transfers from the railways to the adventure trails.
i would suggest Dandeli jungle inn for those who are in a group and it can accommodate for 40 ! thats great!
Good food, good place to rejuvanate, nice place to have a camp fire !

All the best.
